A leading company in property management and maintenance is seeking to hire an **Administrative Officer** for the Maintenance Department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and manage files and records related to the maintenance department.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure effective execution.
- Track and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Communicate with the maintenance team and external vendors as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, invoicing, and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a maintenance or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
