**SERVICE ADVISOR**

**Role and Responsibility**

1. Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including Calls, job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations.

2. Ensure supplies are ordered for each job. Ensure correct job numbers are used and that time records are correct.

3. Book in vehicles, ensuring appointments are convenient for the customer and the company and are in line with workshop capacity.

4. Produce accurate job cards, invoices, and related customer information, providing relevant information to both the workshop and external customers.

5. Liaise with the parts department to ensure parts availability, keeping customers informed.

6. Greet all customers at reception, offering courtesy services as appropriate and confirming details before repairs are carried out. Ensuring vehicle inspections are carried out with guests prior to commencement of works.

7. Informing customers on the progress of each job, ensuring authority for any additional work before this is completed.

8. Collect any invoice amount/signed authority due prior to the release of a vehicle and ensure this is processed promptly.

9. Log all customer complaints, passing relevant information to the Service Manager and ensuring a speedy conclusion.

10. Maintain the reception area in accordance with departmental standards and identifying customer needs.

11. Provide customers with explanations of all work carried out and recommended, optimizing additional selling opportunities, including service plans and extended warranties.

12. Maintain records of all service customers to enable customer follow-ups to be carried out.

13. Respond to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner Excel sheet and QuickBooks Properly on time.

14. Maintain and develop receptionist knowledge through attending relevant training opportunities.

15. Assist in the training and supervision of other associates as appropriate.

16. Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, customer care, honesty and health and safety to.

17. Manage inward goods, checking quantities, dispatching goods and receipting invoices

18. Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Operations manager. Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.

19. Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.

20. Work with the Operations manager to respond to client requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure accurate information.

21. Investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from products and suggest appropriate solutions. Discuss with team to identify an appropriate course of action.

22. Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client enquiries.

23. Identify staff that require on going training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved.

24. Provide feedback to staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure human resources are informed of trends in performance.

25. Promote a Health and Safety culture within the business

26. Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of technician repairs before the release of vehicles.

27. Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures.

28. Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Location - Mussafah (Abu Dhabi)

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
