Property Coordinator

We are seeking a Property Coordinator, that will be an integral part of our real estate team, responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of properties throughout their lifecycle. Your role will involve working closely with property managers, agents, clients, and tenants to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Property Management Support**:
- Assist property managers in various aspects of property management, including lease administration, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
- Coordinate property showings, inspections, and open houses as needed, ensuring properties are presented in their best condition to prospective tenants or buyers.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including listings, brochures, and advertisements, to promote properties and attract potential tenants or buyers.
- **Client and Tenant Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, tenants, and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about properties.
- Facilitate communication between property owners, tenants, and service providers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and other property-related activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, leases, rental agreements, and other documents using real estate management software or databases.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Track key dates and deadlines related to leases, renewals, and property maintenance to ensure timely action and compliance.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, property values, and competitive rental or sales prices in target areas.
- Provide recommendations to property managers and agents based on market data to optimize property performance and investment returns.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
