**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Visual Merchandiser Associate plays a pivotal role in orchestrating visually captivating displays that guide customers seamlessly through the store, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. Through strategic product placement and innovative visual presentations, this role aims to entice window shoppers, foster repeat business, and contribute to sales objectives.

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Translate visual merchandising plans into creative window displays, product arrangements, props, and floor designs to attract and engage beauty-conscious customers.
- Execute seasonal floor plans, product launches, and floor transitions with a focus on enhancing the beauty shopping experience.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to coordinate production and installation timelines for displays and promotional materials.
- Uphold brand presence through inventive strategies while being mindful of cost-saving measures.
- Maintain brand standards and uphold marketing and communications principles within the beauty and cosmetics sector.
- Stay abreast of beauty trends and customer preferences to elevate the in-store experience continuously.
- Foster strong relationships with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams to optimize visual merchandising efforts and drive sales in the beauty sector.
- Implement store signage programs in accordance with commercial guidelines, ensuring consistency and brand coherence.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising or fine arts.
- Graphic design skills is mandatory

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
