**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative International Cuisine Chef to work for an Iranian family in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an International Cuisine Chef for an Iranian family, you will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of dishes from around the world while keeping in mind the culinary preferences and dietary requirements of our family. Your expertise in creating exquisite international flavors and your ability to adapt and incorporate Iranian culinary traditions will be crucial in delighting our taste buds and enhancing our dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Planning and Execution**:Develop and curate a rotating menu featuring a variety of international dishes.

Create menus that incorporate both traditional Iranian flavors and international culinary trends.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- **Culinary Expertise**:Showcase proficiency in preparing dishes from various international cuisines, such as Mediterranean, Asian, European, and more.

Adapt and infuse Iranian culinary elements into international recipes, creating unique fusion dishes.
- **Ingredient Sourcing and Quality**:Source and select the freshest and finest ingredients, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Maintain relationships with local suppliers and markets to ensure a steady supply of premium ingredients.
- **Cooking Techniques**:Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of cooking techniques, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, and more.

Innovate and experiment with cooking methods to elevate dishes to a new level of sophistication.
- **Presentation and Garnishing**:Pay meticulous attention to the presentation of dishes, incorporating artistic garnishes and arrangements.

Present dishes in a visually appealing manner that complements the international and Iranian fusion theme.
- **Kitchen Management**:Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following hygiene and safety standards.

Manage kitchen inventory and stock levels, ensuring all necessary ingredients are readily available.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service timings.

Communicate with family members to understand preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in international cuisines, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
