Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (Educational Institutions - School Clinics) will be responsible for spearheading business growth within the educational sector by establishing partnerships with schools and educational institutions for the provision of healthcare services. This role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate our healthcare solutions into school clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the educational sector, particularly in school healthcare services. Analyze competitor offerings, regulatory requirements, and client needs to inform business development strategies.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending educational events to establish partnerships with schools and educational institutions for the provision of healthcare services.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within schools and educational institutions, including administrators, health coordinators, and decision-makers, to drive collaboration and secure partnerships for school clinic services.
Proposal Development: Develop tailored proposals and presentations showcasing the value proposition of our healthcare services for school clinics. Customize offerings to meet the specific needs and requirements of schools and educational institutions.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with schools and educational institutions, ensuring favourable terms and conditions that align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements for school clinic services.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including clinical operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of healthcare services to school clinics. Coordinate training and support for school staff as needed.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and track business development activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to school clinic partnerships. Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is needed, master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on educational institutions and school clinics preferred.
Strong understanding of the educational sector and regulatory requirements for school healthcare services in Dubai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and driving business growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
