The Client Services Coordinator is a position responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and ensuring that all client inquiries and requests are efficiently addressed. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Client Services Coordinator is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Client Services team.

Job Responsibility
- Collecting and reviewing documentation from new clients for company registration and pro services
- Following up with clients to ensure all necessary information is provided
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely processing of client registration and pro services
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and status updates
- Assisting clients with any questions or concerns throughout the onboarding process
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed according to company standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential customer service issues

Qualification & Skill
- Qualification - Commerce background or LLB
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Language - English & Malayalam, Arabic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
