Receptionist (Female Only)

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior and customer intake proceduresPrepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
- Promote services, products and discounts among customers
- Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
- Account for and report profits and expenses of the salon
- Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
- Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon's needs
- Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon profit
- Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
- Interview, hire and train salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in management or administrations
- Extensive experience managing salon services to clients
- Advanced organizational skills to manage staff, operations and salon finances
- General bookkeeping and business finance skills
- Excellent communication and team-leading skills
- Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs
- Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends
- Arabic speaker is a plus
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
