**Job Description of**

**ERP Data Entry Operator**

**Job in brief**

Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, highly challenging professional who is into logistics or administration and having experience in **Navision ERP Software** then you are the one we are looking for? This is an excellent opportunity to drive a dynamic business with huge growth potential.

In order to be considered, you must be already based in the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Management of Import of Documents**:

- Transfer Documents into excel and make sure item details are matching with ERP system.
- Create Purchase Order in ERP.
- Create import Packing List in ERP.
- Reconcile import Packing List with Respective invoices and report any discrepancies (in Excel).
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Processing of Orders and Shipments.
- Create Sales orders in ERP system and process it to warehouse
- Confirming stock availability to customer against Sales order placed
- Maintain stock allocations in ERP System
- Generate Sales invoices after verification of prices from customer in NAV system.

**ERP Related: -**
- Create Master Templates for ERP System and submit to HOD.
- Reconcile item details are matching with inter companies Master Data.
- Make sure EAN/UPC Number and batch details are properly updated in ERP system.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree is required in any stream.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Navision ERP Software
- Work experience in Data Entry or Office Administrative or Logistics would be a plus.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like copier and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Understanding of ERP systems and data management.

**Job Location**:Dubai

**Type of Employment**: Permanent / Full time

**Salary**: AED 3000 - 5000 AED/ Month
