**Property Caretaker Job Duties**

A property caretaker typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Repairing damages caused by natural disasters such as storms or fires, or by vandalism or theft
- Maintaining buildings and grounds to ensure that they are safe and attractive for visitors or residents
- Providing security for the property by monitoring entrances and alarms, inspecting packages for explosives, and scanning vehicles for bombs or other threats
- Performing light maintenance tasks such as cleaning sidewalks and gutters, mowing lawns and shrubs, weeding flowerbeds, and pruning trees
- Collecting rent payments, performing routine maintenance, and collecting statistical data on housing conditions
- Collecting rent payments and submitting them to the landlord or management company
- Coordinating repairs with contractors to ensure that work is done correctly and within specified timeframes
- Coordinating maintenance services such as lawn care and pest control with outside service providers
- Preparing reports detailing building maintenance activities and any repair issues or concerns identified during inspections

Location : Umm al quwain / We will provide: Visa + Accommodation + Medical insurance

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
