**Job Description**:
As a Chocolate Designer/ Arranger at Shaygan Nuts and Cafe, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing visually captivating displays that entice and engage our customers. Your artistic skills and understanding of consumer behavior will help drive sales and enhance the overall brand experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our stores are visually appealing, attract attention, and create a lasting impression. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the aesthetic appeal and sales potential of our stores.
- Design and set up eye-catching displays to showcase our products effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align visual concepts with our brand's image and objectives.
- Arrange merchandise, props, and signage in an attractive and accessible manner, ensuring optimal visibility and customer engagement.
- Create and update planograms and visual guidelines to maintain consistent visual standards across all store locations.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in visual merchandising, retail design, and consumer behavior to incorporate them into our displays.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust displays accordingly.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source props, fixtures, and display materials that align with our brand's vision and budget.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chocolate Designer/ Arranger or in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for design, color, and detail.
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate it into effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods during display setup.
- A bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience can compensate for formal education.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
