An experienced property consultant is required to work with all commitment in a well established reputable Agency Expert Properties

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year experience in one of these fields ( banking, insurance, real estate)
- Good knowledge in Off-plan and ready projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- RERA Certificate is a plus
- Driving License is a Plus

**Responsibilities**
- Qualify the clients and convert meetings into sales
- 5% conversion rate
- Manage and respond to leads in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with the real estate market conditions, new developmnets,central bank regulations around mortgage
- Conduct market research
- Connect with the internal social media and marketing team to create the required exposure
