**General Duties & Responsibilities**

Develop and oversee our website's digital marketing efforts.

Monitoring sales operations for product promotion and being responsible for attaining corporate objectives and boosting sales growth.

Responsible for managing the e-commerce platform to achieve sales, distribution, SKU offered, and to guarantee that the marketing objectives and new product development direction in e-commerce business development are understood clearly.

Evaluating and presenting online performance and campaign and promotion achievements.

Manage the online product display on the website and implement efficient product positioning based on the season, the sale, the inventory, the newness, and the trends.

Keep an eye out for opportunities to boost customer satisfaction and customer delivery performance.

keeping track of fresh marketing and advertising initiatives from rivals to determine demand.

Working closely with customer service, fulfilment, and platform providers will help to ensure that service levels are defined, reached, and maintained.

Taking the necessary steps to boost profitability after analysing the fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead goods in the stores.

Lead eCommerce initiatives and carry out marketing strategies to provide qualified, affordable visitors to websites.

Closely collaborate with managers to assure the upload, updating, and addition of new items.

The daily management of online sales and operations, including the generation of online content, the setup of new campaigns and items, and the management of logistics.

Accelerate the company's current online marketplace and business infrastructure.

It is necessary to improve computerised graphic design and be literate in online commerce.

To increase sales, recognise and understand the wants and requirements of your clients.

Preserve a high standard of discipline and preserve a strong attendance record. You should also be punctual.

**Requirements**:
Minimum degree in management, marketing, IT, business studies, or e-commerce.

E-Commerce experience in FMCG sales and management of at least three years, particularly from a distributor setting.

It is advantageous to have previous E-Distributor Management experience.

knowledge of design tools and software, including InDesign, Figma, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and others.

Capable of working with a manager of operations and marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
