Document Controller/erp Officer

Position: Document Control and ERP Officer
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain project procedures at project onset and throughout its lifecycle.
- Execute administrative tasks following departmental procedures.
- Manage document filing, retrieval, copying, and distribution.
- Maintain and update the Master Document Register.
- Oversee document revision control.
- Familiarize with, update, and utilize databases and documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for document inquiries.
- Utilize knowledge and experience to enhance customer service.
- Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities in product, process, and management systems.
- Organize meetings, book rooms, and arrange flights for project team members.
- Implement and manage ERP systems specific to the construction sector.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of SharePoint, and familiarity with ERP systems, possibly CADAC.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in document control within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Proficient user of MS Office suite.
- Track record of delivering high technical and quality standards.
- Preferably holds a valid driver's license.
