**Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territories by meeting the Clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential Clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the Business base and increasing market share.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to monitor and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or a similar role, preferably in the [FMCG/Horeca].
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using technology, including laptops, smartphones, and presentation tools.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
