Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 5-15 years in the facility management / Technical service industry

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders within the facility management industry.

3. Drive the acquisition of new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and proposals that address the unique needs and challenges of potential clients.

5. Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.

6. Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

8. Analyze sales performance data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

**Requirements**:
▪Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Enginering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

▪Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development within the facility management industry, with a proven track record of success.

▪Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.

▪ Ability to achieve sales targets and manage the sales team.

▪Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

▪Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business situations and develop innovative solutions.

▪Proficiency in MS Office suite, Zoho and CRM software.

Knowledge of the Dubai market, industry regulations, and local business practices.

▪Valid UAE driver's license.

**Salary**:8000- 12,000 AED per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional incentives and benefits will be provided based on performance and achievement of targets.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
