**About The Role**

This newly created role requires a manager level individual who will specialise in providing public relations, social media, communications and content for FTI Consulting across the Middle East. Spanning the UAE, KSA and Qatar and report into the Head of Marketing, Middle East. The individual will work closely with the Middle East Leadership Team, and also have involvement with the wider marketing team in EMEA and Africa.

**What You’ll Do**

Public Relations
- Create a robust PR and Communications plan for 2024 and onwards in line with the Middle East business’ growth strategies.
- Working with Head of Marketing, Middle East, execute proactive media relations plans for FTI Consulting’s business segments and practices (including digital media, TV and radio), industry publications and wider news publications.
- Manage external PR firm and develop relationship with them to execute media and brand strategies in the UAE, KSA and Qatar markets.
- Manage the public relations efforts for appropriate FTI Consulting business segments and spokespeople.
- Build relationships with marketing colleagues across the firm to help identify potential proactive media relations opportunities. Take responsibility for ensuring these are executed thoroughly.
- Prepare spokespeople for media interviews and coach stakeholders on media outreach and dealing with the media.
- Support the Head of Marketing and EMEA Head of Communications with reputation and issues management where appropriate.
- Support Africa PR efforts by assisting Africa Marketing Manager, as needed.

Communications
- Write press releases, talking points, interview background materials, award submissions and take ownership of web content and bios.
- Working with dedicated content marketer, orchestrate content management from concept, including development of concept, writing and defining content structure/channel through to execution across FTI Consulting segments.
- Track, monitor and assess engagement performance of regional content, using data to identify best practice and areas for improvement.
- Plan, develop and execute the creation of long lasting and engaging marketing collateral for each segment.
- Assist with creating quarterly Middle East newsletter and other internal communications with rest of the marketing team.
- Develop and manage content for integrated marketing campaigns and buyer campaigns such as GC programme, ESG, Head of Tax programme, Chief Risk Officer programme).
- Work with central social media team on social media strategies and execution with assistance of Marketing Executive.
- Work with wider FTI Consulting Global Marketing Team on projects when required, including Global Creative, Recruitment Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations teams.
- As a key leader on the Middle East & Africa Marketing and Communications team, deputise for Head of Marketing and provide input as part of the Middle East Corporate Leadership Team (HR, Ops, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing) when required.
- Liaise with segment leads to create a bank of FTI Consulting case studies and external marketing materials.
- Assist with writing executive communications for internal and external events, as needed.
- Support Africa communications efforts by assisting Africa Marketing Manager, as needed.
- Act as an FTI Consulting brand ambassador.
