As a Commercial Accountant in our agency, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth, being a key decision-maker in client onboarding, client billing processes, and the overall financial business management of the company.

The role also requires certain HR skills like overseeing hiring procedures and office management duties.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase media coverage, and drive engagement for small fashion brands and ecommerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry professionals, ensuring brand representation and securing media placements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, social media, and creative departments, to align PR efforts with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to relevant media contacts, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of brand news and updates.
  • Proactively seek out media opportunities, including product placements, feature stories, interviews, and collaborations, to maximise brand exposure and drive customer acquisition.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders, and leveraging insights to optimise PR strategies.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests, coordinating with brand representatives and spokespeople to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with payment media platforms, ensuring smooth collaborations and maximising brand exposure within these channels.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the fashion industry and PR landscape, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PR Manager, preferably within the fashion industry, with a track record of successfully managing PR campaigns for small brands and ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong media relations skills and an extensive network of media contacts in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling press materials and effectively communicate brand messaging.
  • Experience working with payment media platforms and managing relationships with payment providers.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and digital media channels, as well as influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and measure the impact of PR efforts.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative PR ideas.
  • Passion for fashion, staying uptodate with industry trends, and a deep understanding of the fashion landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all PR activities.
