- Job Description
- Housing Supervisor is concerned with assisting in overseeing and directing all aspects of the staff accommodation operation under the general guidance and supervision of the human resources department.
- What will I be doing?
- Organizes, coordinates, and control all matters relating to the staff housing and ensures that all matters relating to staff housing is conducted in accordance with the staff house accommodation policy
- Maintains accurate records of staff house allocation & assists in carrying out inspections of accommodation with the Director of Human Resources and Asst. HR Manager
- Monitor the annual apartments contracts renewal process.
- Control and oversees the housing budget and monthly expenses/forecast
- Controls and updates all Housing maps.
- Responsible for all housing utilities and monitoring cost savings
- Implementing and updating the housing policies and the housing handbook and ensure that all housing rules & regulations are followed by the colleagues.
- Responsible for creating an annual market survey for Abu Dhabi real estate benchmarking.
- Liaises directly with the bus operating company for the bus schedules, special requests, and handling any complaint
- etc
- Develop relationships and liaise with local suppliers for planned activities
- Ensures that the Heart of the House and TMs lockers areas are in line with the company's standards.
