**Job Summary**:
The Coffee Barista Trainer is responsible for developing and conducting training programs for baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service. The trainer will also monitor and assess the performance of baristas, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Training Development & Delivery**:

- Design and implement training programs for new baristas, covering all aspects of coffee preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, including brewing techniques, latte art, equipment handling, and product knowledge.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, videos, and checklists.

**Qality Assurance**:

- Monitor baristas during their training period and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure that all baristas adhere to company standards for coffee quality, presentation, and service.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress of trainees and identify areas for improvement.

**Mentorship & Support**:

- Act as a mentor for new baristas, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their training period.
- Address any questions or concerns from trainees and assist them in overcoming challenges.
- Encourage a positive work environment and promote teamwork among the barista staff.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist with daily operations in the coffee shop as needed, including preparing and serving beverages, handling customer inquiries, and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with management to ensure that training programs align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve training content and methods.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Provide regular reports to management on the progress of trainees and any recommended actions.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for coffee preparation and service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a barista, with extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire confidence in trainees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in coffee preparation or hospitality are a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working as a barista

**Working Hours**:

- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Barista certification or training.
- Knowledge of latte art.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
