Our client is aprestigious culinary academy in Abu Dhabi dedicated to providingexceptional education and training in the culinary arts. They arecurrently seeking a skilled and passionate BaristaTrainer to join their team and contribute to thedevelopment of aspiringbaristas.

Weare looking for an experienced and certified BaristaTrainer who excels in the art of coffee making and has aproven track record of barista training particularly in 5starhotels. The ideal candidate will also have mixology experience andbe fluent in Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse groupof students.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop anddeliver comprehensive barista training programs andworkshops.
  • Teach studentsvarious coffeemaking techniques including espresso preparationlatte art and brewingmethods.
  • Ensure studentsgain practical skills and knowledge to excel in the coffeeindustry.
  • Assist increating and updating training materials and curricula for baristacourses.
  • Incorporate thelatest trends and innovations in coffee making and mixology intothe trainingprograms.
  • Ensure that alltraining materials meet industry standards and bestpractices.
  • Provide guidanceand support to students throughout theirtraining.
  • Assess studentperformance and offer constructive feedback forimprovement.
  • Foster apositive and engaging learningenvironment.
  • Oversee thedaytoday operations of the trainingfacility.
  • Ensure thetraining area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanlinessandsafety.
  • Manage inventoryequipment and supplieseffectively.
  • Work closelywith other trainers and staff to ensure cohesive delivery of thetrainingprograms.
  • Participate infaculty meetings events and professional developmentactivities.
  • Support theacademys mission and goals through active engagement andcollaboration.
  • Engage withstudents to understand their needs goals andchallenges.
  • Organize andparticipate in coffeerelated events competitions andexhibitions.
  • Promote aculture of continuous learning and professional development amongstudents.


Requirements
  • Certification asa Barista Trainer from a recognizedinstitution.
  • Minimum of 2years of experience in barista training especially in 5starhotels.
  • Strong skillsand expertise in coffee making andmixology.
  • Proficient inArabic and English would be aplus.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability toinspire and motivatestudents.
  • Experience indeveloping and delivering trainingprograms.
  • Passion forcoffee and the hospitalityindustry.
