**Job Title**: Elderly Care Nurse

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Direct Elderly Care**: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to elderly clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, and meal preparation. Monitor vital signs and address basic healthcare needs with accuracy.
- ** Care Planning**: Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, tailored to meet each client's unique health requirements and personal preferences.
- ** Patient and Family Education**: Offer guidance and support to families, educating them on elder care techniques, proper use of medical equipment, and ongoing care needs.
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients. Maintain up-to-date documentation of care provided in compliance with homecare standards.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Certification and Education**:

- Nursing graduate (Bachelor’s degree or diploma) with experience in elderly care; OR
- Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in elderly care.
- ** Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting focused on elderly or homecare services.
- ** Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of elderly care needs, including chronic condition management and personal assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care in a home setting.
