Experience in business development, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge in Dubai real estate market and holiday home regulations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**SKILLS**:
Property admin taking care of tenants

Coordinating maintenance complains

Coordination of move in and move out

Property coordinator experience is a must
