**Job description**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Housekeeper/Head Housekeeper to join our team.

In this position You will be responsible for managing your workload, with a focus on ensuring a strict daily cleaning schedule is followed, ensuring a clean hygienic environment, whilst upholding a high level of cleanliness. You will be responsible for organizing and keeping a client wardrobe in excellent condition so you must be detail oriented and have similar experience. It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude and excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork You must have experience working in a similar position. You will have a keen eye for detail and a good knowledge of hygiene regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee staff on a daily basis, mentor and support new and existing Housekeepers, and perform regular inspections of cleaned areas by Housekeepers
- Check rooms and common areas, washrooms, and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to client complaints and special requests at all times
- Understand the policies of their employer with respect to work shifts, client possessions, and privacy
- Create a welcoming environment for our clients and guests by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves
- Maintain a tracker for the same.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects as and when required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Also involved in other Housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the windows, scouring bathrooms, changing sheets and towels, managing laundry, and keeping the place neat and tidy
- Clean, disinfect, and store all cleaning equipment at the end of their shift
- Correspond on a regular basis with your House supervisor and team members
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Very good communication skills in English
- Strong experience in a similar position
- Experience in organising and keeping the wardrobe neat
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning appliances, and cleaning and disinfecting agents
- Strong attention to details
- Time management skill
- Ability to work with minimum supervision

**Nice To Have**:

- A minimum Experience of 5 years working in a VVIP private house is a big plus in a similar role
