We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a high-quality product, and achieving operational goals. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and staff while ensuring that the café runs smoothly and profitably.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Staff Management**:

- Supervise and motivate café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel.
- Schedule, train, and evaluate staff to ensure optimal performance and customer service.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, enthusiasm, and high morale.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead by example in providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service.
- Handle customer feedback and implement improvements when necessary.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily café operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure the café complies with all health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and manage café performance, including budgeting, sales goals, and operational costs.
- **Product Quality Control**:

- Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages, including coffee, baked goods, and menu items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and barista teams to maintain product standards and innovate new offerings.
- **Financial Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and profits.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor inventory to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and work with management to set goals for revenue and profit growth.
- **Marketing and Community Engagement**:

- Promote café offerings and brand through social media, local events, and other marketing channels.
- Engage with the local community to build relationships and increase customer loyalty.
- Implement promotions and special events to drive traffic and sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Café Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of café operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
