Role:

- Providing support to users by answering questions about system usage and functionality
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the system’s software and hardware components
- Ensuring data security by identifying potential security breaches or vulnerabilities in the system and implementing solutions to eliminate them
- Recommending changes in processes to improve efficiency based on analysis of data from system usage
- Reviewing and approving proposed changes to existing programs to ensure compliance with company policies
- Providing technical support for an organization’s information technology (IT) infrastructure
- Providing support to HR for creating new user accounts for employees who have been hired or transferred into the company
- Extracting the various reports for management overview.
- Maintain the database and other reports.
- Other duties as assigned by the position’s line manager and/or the company’s management

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience as ERP administrator
- Previous experience in Marine industry.
- Understanding of computer programs and software to troubleshoot any issues
- Familiar with the school’s computer systems and software to troubleshoot any issues
- An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
- Top-class typing and report writing skills.
- Detail-focused document organizing abilities.
- Able to proactively manage database changes using software management systems.
- Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- marine/vessel/offshore/ship industry: 1 year (preferred)
- ERP administrator: 2 years (required)
