Overview:
The opportunity

Looking for a quality-focused, multi-faceted and agile Manager - Transformation Office to lead and drive Injazat’s Lean Six Sigma initiatives, helping the organization streamline & optimize its operations while enhancing customer delight. You will get to leverage your Six Sigma expertise to fast-track the growth trajectory of one of the leading high-visibility digital transformation companies in the MENA region.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities:
You will manage Injazat’s Lean Six Sigma programs & projects, working closely with the executive leadership team to design and implement process improvement initiatives with a focus on reducing waste, improving overall efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the Lean Six Sigma program across the organization, working with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
- Design, implement and manage Lean Six Sigma training programs to develop the capabilities of employees across the organization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and communicate a Lean Six Sigma roadmap that aligns with the company's larger strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of Lean Six Sigma projects, using data to identify areas for improvement and to measure the impact of initiatives.

Qualifications:
To qualify you must have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, project management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
