Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a **Finance Strategy & Project Manager (EAME) **. This role provides leadership for projects around Dealer Financial Viability & Best distribution network.

You will act as a Change Agent, Project Leader and set the bar high with your leadership qualities demonstrating courage and emotional intelligence. You will be a highly driven problem solver, an outstanding communicator with experience of driving strategic initiatives.

EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and service growth through industry - best distribution performance. Our 3 strategic priorities are Service growth, Dealer Excellence and Talent & Culture. As the EAME Finance Team, we provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.

**What you will do**:

- Lead & Govern projects across EAME Distribution Division with a Finance scope &
a Commercial lens:

- around Dealer Financial Viability
- around Dealer Continuity (dealer transition projects)
- Continuous improvement (Lean) project Governance
- Actively contribute to Service & Rental Growth projects supporting dealer & financial modelling
- Support cross functional projects.
- Be able to analyze, manage, report and articulate analysis results with impactful visuals
- Provide financial analysis and contribute to key dealer financial improvement projects supporting industries, aftermarket and representative for Specific Dealers.
- Provide expertise & Coaching to the Finance team around Project Management and most up to date financial modeling techniques, and approaches.
- Challenge the status quo and define future Strategy for Finance Team
- Support and assist Regional Dealer Finance Manager on Executive Reviews and various Finance related meetings & reviews and communication.

- **Relationship Management**:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with dealers, management, Reps, and peers.
- **Project Management**:Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- **Strategic mindset**:being able to translate our vision and mission for our customers into service growth opportunities. Self-Starter, Strong at delivery / execution and can think strategically, ability to perform under pressure on tight deadlines.
- **Accuracy and Attention to Detail**:Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- **Fluency in data analytics**: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for interpreting data, storytelling and visualization.
- **Financial Analysis**:Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Confirmed background in Finance, Business Administration and/or Economics.
- M&A experience
- PM certification
- Consulting firm experience ideally
- Proven experience of managing stakeholders at senior level
- Leadership potential
- Change management capabilities.

Work location Dubai, United Arab Emirates

International relocation is not available.

The role requires the ability to travel up to **20% **mainly in assigned territory.
