**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall leadership and direction for the academy.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the academy in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Manage the budget and resources of the academy to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of academy staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement and achievement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to support the academy’s mission and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and initiatives.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve the academy’s curriculum and instructional practices.
- Represent the academy at meetings, conferences, and other events.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in the teaching field.
- Experience in counseling and strong communication skills.
- Proven leadership and management experience in an educational setting.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management software is a plus.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
