We are looking for a self-motivated **Assistant general manager** with strong leadership skills Reporting directly to **General Manager in our Dubai Office**, the **AGM** will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the **General Manager**. The **AGM** also serves as a liaison to the senior management teams and is results-driven to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

**The AGM should be widely Experienced in managing and leading the different areas of business including, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and the team in a Supervisory role, and will be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and will be able to clearly communicate and set business objectives to the team.**

The duties of the **Assistant general manager **will include.
- A good business acumen.
- Represent the company to customers and professional associations in the region and Outside U.A.E
- Coordinating business operations.
- Monitoring, and motivating staff.
- Managing operational costs in alignment with General Manager.
- Ensuring good customer service and improving administrative processes.
- Engaging and negotiating with Government entities, Landlords, Corporate entities, Logistic companies, Freights Forwarders, Management teams, Operations, and Employees.
- Support in Hiring, and training employees.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist the organization in maintaining relationships with clients and generating new business.
- Increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
- Travelling for business meetings, Conferences, and Business Opportunities

**Assistant general manager** **Responsibilities**:

- Should have good business acumen.
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Identifying business opportunities, Business Development, and monitoring financial activities.
- Developing New Markets and implementing growth strategies.
- Engaging and negotiating with Government entities, Landlords, Corporate entities, Logistic companies, Freights Forwarders, Management teams, Operations, and Employees.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.

**Assistant general manager** **Requirements**:

- Degree in Business management or /(MBA) master’s in business administration.
- 10 to 15 years of Experience in a diversified business in a similar position as an Assistant General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Logistics and Operations Manager.
- Good knowledge of different business functions, especially with a sales background, Logistics, and Procurement experience.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive nature.

**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
