**Experienced Dental Receptionist Is Required.**
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure that patients are properly and punctually scheduled to provide an amazing patient experience
- Create, maintain, and track numerous provider schedules
- Fill cancelled/rescheduled appointments to ensure a full schedule
- Be familiar with dental processes and terminology to schedule appointments and coordinate treatment
- Confirm and schedule patient appointments
- Describe and present treatment options
- Assist the patient in making a schedule and setting priorities for their treatment.
- Align the daily schedule with the patient's treatment requirements and available therapy times.
- Obtaining a formal financial agreement for the payment and collection of
- Maintain tracking system for follow up on patient treatments
- Administrative duties including checking patients in and out, processing and recording payments, insurance verification, answering telephone, and performing other duties as assigned
- Presentation of treatment plans
- Financial arrangements
- Reconciling the daily production/collections
- Running end of day reports
- Perform preauthorization’s as needed and patient follow-up
- Answer incoming calls to include new patient calls, emergencies, requesting records, and follow up
- Work closely with clinical staff and other front office staff to assure smooth flow of patient care
- Perform general front office duties and other duties as required
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**:
- Fluent in English speaking/writing
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Be able to work effectively with doctors, personnel, and patients in a variety of situations.
- Must be able to accept individual differences and communicate with internal and external contacts in a culturally competent and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and always have a pleasant mood
- Be able to handle the stress and responsibilities of dealing with sick and injured people and their families.
- Must have great organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, multitask, and complete work obligations on schedule.

**Education Requirements and Qualifications**
Minimum of 3 years’ of previous experience in dental front office and direct sales patient services.
**Salary**: From AED5,500.00 per month
