As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the dynamic field of manpower supply. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, developing strategies to expand our market presence, and ensuring overall business success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of manpower supply.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the manpower supply industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented and passionate about driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
