Qrar properties is a newly launched real estate agency located in **Al Barsha 1** behind Emirates Mall, Our core business is the provision of services which caters to our client’s unique needs in residential, commercial and industrial which includes land for various usage.
Our team of consultants will streamline communications with property owners, tenants, developers and investors in selling, purchasing and leasing of commercial and non-commercial properties in the most effective manner.
**Our objective in a year to grow our team to 100+ great talents who are capable negotiators, building and nurturing business relationships for both clients and customers.**
We work closely with top-notch developers in the industry to bring the best products and services, be it for own stay or investment, to home-buyers in UAE.
**Desired Canditate Responsibilities**:
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent administrative and accounting skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Real Estate experience is required (minimum 1 year)
- Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing), Arabic will be a Plus
- Knowledge of CRM Systems & Other Accounting Softwares
- File and update contact information of employees.
- Expert in Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, etc.
- Prepare listings, Verifications and Trakheesi Permit.
- Preparing Forms such as (MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, & U)
- Strong follow-up skills on given tasks and lead management
- Property Developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials.
- Manage day-to-day needs like office supplies, petty cash, inventory, and
- Maintenance of paper and digital filing.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good at drafting business letters/presentations
- Managing Employees Monthly Salary + Commissions in WPS System
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and manage inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
