- Attending incoming telephone calls
- Make outgoing calls to clients for payment reminders.
- Handling petty cash
- Handling the company's accounts payable and receivables
- Preparing and sending proposals and Tax invoices.
- And other administrative tasks.
- Preferably a lady from the Philippines.
- Have a good knowledge in Accounting.
- Have an excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, multi-tasking, trustworthy, and can work under pressure.
