POSITIONS
1. Landscaping Bim Architect (6 Nos.)

REQUIREMENTS
Experience - Min. 4+ years
Expected Joining Date - Immediately
Location: Dubai, UAE

EMAIL

ROLES & #RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Should holds an Architect or any Bachelor’s Degree
Ø Proficient in Revit Architecture & Structure
Ø BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.
Ø Helping technically to deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit Design Models and documentation as per approved drawings and site coordination.
Ø Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.
Ø Review of clash reports with the project team and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.
Ø Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture).
Ø Proficient in detail design and BIM Modeling up to LOD500
Ø Knowledge of BIM Standards such as PAS 1192, BS 1192, LOD Specs, etc.

SKILLS
General Skills and Info:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any equivalent
Ø 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in BIM
Ø BIM Project delivery experience
Ø Must be available to join immediately

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
