Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for landscape architecture projects using Revit.
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive designs.
- Implement and adhere to BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with project teams.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM and Revit workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on BIM processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape architecture with a focus on BIM and Revit.
- Proficient in Revit and other BIM software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of landscape architecture design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in landscape architecture.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
