Bookkeeper/sales Coordinator

Responsibilities are:

- making direct client cleaning bookings along with third party portal bookings
- dispatching cleaners' schedules to the assigned drivers
- coordinating between drivers, cleaners and clients
- data entry, reconciling expenses and maintaining the books
- tracking operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins
- forecasting
- analyzing and maintaining operational data
- monitoring product inventories
- bringing in cleaning contracts
- following up on any sales quotations made for clients and negotiating terms

Must haves:

- previous administrative experience in a cleaning company in the UAE
- Excellent English
- Excellent financial accounting skils
- Excellent Excel and CRM knowledge
- Bachelor degree

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From AED1,500.00 per month
