- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience from their first point of contact.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments in our electronic system.
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal service delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding clinic policies, procedures, and services.
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a proactive and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Freshers can who are preferable Arabic Speakers.
- Previous experience in a call center, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
