We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Patient Coordinator** to join our Dental Clinic. The Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by providing excellent customer service and administrative support to both patients and staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and registration processes
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify patients' insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient treatment scheduling
- Assist with billing and payment processing as needed
- Provide support in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator in a dental clinic setting
- Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dental practice management software

**Experience**:

- Patient Coordinator in Dental: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English & Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- HAAD License (preferred)
