Job Title: Project Architect

Location: ABU DHABI, UAE

**Job Description**:
As a Project Architect, you will lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept development through construction completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to translate client visions into reality, ensuring that design objectives are met while adhering to budgetary constraints, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. This position requires a combination of design creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills, along with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of architectural design concepts, including site analysis, space planning, schematic design, and design development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints, and develop design solutions that meet their needs and aspirations.
- Prepare and present design proposals, **shop drawings**, renderings, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities for review and approval.
- Coordinate with internal and external design consultants, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, and landscape architects, to integrate their expertise into the overall project design.
- Oversee the production of construction documents, specifications, and detailing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Manage the bidding process, review contractor proposals, and provide technical support during the contractor selection and negotiation phase.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, address design issues, and ensure that the project is being built according to specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets, schedules, and resources, and identify and mitigate risks and delays as needed.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing design direction, technical support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and excellence within the project team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Architect) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Architect, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably within [mention specific sectors, e.g., commercial, residential].
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices, with a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
