**Job Title: Lead Architect - Dubai Site Operations**:
As a Lead Architect for Dubai Site Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision and strategy for our operations in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural solutions that align with business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless integration of technology and infrastructure. You will lead a team of architects and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and communicate a clear architectural vision that supports the overall business objectives and aligns with the company's long-term goals.
- Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

Project Leadership and Management:

- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, design, and project management, to ensure architectural solutions meet business requirements.

Solution Design and Technical Expertise:

- Create and review architectural designs for projects, considering factors such as system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into architectural designs, and ensure alignment between technical decisions and business goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective project delivery.

Technical Documentation and Communication:

- Produce detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines, to aid in the implementation and maintenance of solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure that architectural solutions comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
- Perform regular reviews and audits of ongoing projects to identify and address potential architectural issues.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement efforts in architectural practices, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience (13+ years) in architectural design and leadership roles, preferably in the context of large-scale operations or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, software design principles, and system integration.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural tools, software, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Familiarity with Dubai's regulatory environment and local construction practices is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are advantageous.
