- United Arab Emirates- Closing Date: Apr 11th 2024**MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE**

To oversee and lead the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance team, ensuring the reliability and safety of our GSE fleet while fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversees the fulfillment of adequate stock levels for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) spares by conducting timely meetings with the GSE team in coordination with other departments.
- Manages the budget and all resources to ensure optimal utilization and control of item expenditure, by maintaining a cost control policy.
- Ensures successful completion of the risk assessment process for all GSE equipment.
- Works towards continual improvement of the GSE maintenance program and relevant processes, while also verifying the accuracy of overall GSE Maintenance records.
- Establishes new and reviews existing procedures as a preventive measure against potential or existing non-conformance/non-compliance, including the review of relevant procedures and associated forms.
- Oversees the overall GSE shop process, ensuring staff compliance with applicable procedures, qualifications, facility and tooling requirements, and the currency of technical data.
- Oversees the verification of non-conformities in Q-Pule and ensures the timely and appropriate implementation of the quality control program, aimed at fostering a continuous improvement process.
- Acts as a focal point of contact for promptly addressing all raised non-conformances.
- Oversees the training requirement compliance of all GSE Personnel.
- Acts as a focal point for any safety investigations relevant to the GSE department, coordinating and cooperating with the safety department.
- Coordinates with the GSE Team to ensure efficient execution of planned tasks, incorporating performance reviews aligned with the objectives of the currently introduced Aims High program available in ESS.

**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**

Minimum Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)

Education Specific Requirement (if applicable)
- Mechanical, electrical, electronic, production planning or mechatronics.

Licenses (if applicable)
- Valid UAE Driving License

Languages
- Fluent in English

Professional Experience
- Managerial experience related to GSE equipment maintenance and/or OEM (Operator Equipment Manufacturing) Sales.

**ISR REQUIREMENTS**

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
