**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - Forex Market
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Location**: Business Bay, Dubai.
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients interested in trading foreign currencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop a robust pipeline of new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide regular market updates and insights to clients to help them make informed trading decisions.
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
- **Sales and Trading Support**:
- Assist clients with onboarding, educating them about Forex products, trading platforms, and account management.
- Coordinate with the trading desk to provide necessary support and ensure smooth execution of client orders.
- Offer personalized trading strategies, tips, and insights to clients to maximize their trading potential.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new accounts and increasing trading volumes.
- Monitor client trading activity and look for opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling additional services.
- **Market Knowledge & Reporting**:
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, economic data, and geopolitical factors that impact the Forex market.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback and reports on sales performance, client activity, and market conditions to senior management.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Adhere to company guidelines regarding the execution of trades and risk management procedures.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: No education is needed.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Forex or financial markets industry.
- Must be good at English and Arabic; multilingual is an extra advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of Forex trading, currency pairs, and global financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for sales and performance.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with AED 5,000 - AED 15,000 salary and commission structure.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required due to market timing.
- Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings or business events.
**Benefits**:
