The responsibilities of a website developer and social media staff member as below.

**Website Developer**:

- **Design and Development**: Designing and developing websites according to client or company specifications. This involves creating layouts, selecting appropriate color schemes, fonts, and graphics, and coding the website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- **Maintenance and Updates**: Regularly updating and maintaining websites to ensure they function smoothly, remain visually appealing, and are optimized for performance. This includes fixing bugs, resolving technical issues, and implementing security updates.
- **Content Management**: Managing website content, including uploading new content, updating existing content, and ensuring that all content is accurate, relevant, and properly formatted.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensuring that websites are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Implementing SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility and ranking in search engine results pages. This involves optimizing keywords, meta tags, headings, and other elements to enhance organic search performance.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**: Enhancing the user experience by optimizing website navigation, improving page load times, and implementing user-friendly features and functionalities
- Word Press knowledge

**Social Media**:

- **Content Creation**: Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- **Community Management**: Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly and appropriately to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitoring social media metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, track audience engagement, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Campaign Management**: Planning, executing, and managing social media marketing campaigns to promote products, services, events, or brand awareness initiatives.
- **Social Listening**: Monitoring social media conversations and trends related to the brand, industry, competitors, and relevant topics, and leveraging insights to inform content creation and strategy.
- **Paid Advertising**: Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, monitoring, and optimization.
- **Stay Updated**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporating them into strategies and campaigns.
- Graphic Designing

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
