Role and Responsibilities:
As a Website and Social Media Content Creator you will play a pivotal role in crafting content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation:

- Producing high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
- Creating written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand's voice and values.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content development.

Website Management:

- Managing and updating our website content to ensure fresh, relevant, and user-friendly content.
- Optimizing website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

Social Media Management:

- Developing and executing social media content calendars to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating and curating social media posts, graphics, and videos.
- Managing and monitoring social media channels and responding to audience interactions.

Content Strategy:

- Contributing to the development of content strategies that align with marketing and business goals.
- Conducting research to identify trending topics, keywords, and industry insights.
- Staying current with digital marketing and content trends to inform content strategies.

Visual Design:

- Collaborating with designers and other team members to create visually appealing graphics and visual content.
- Ensuring that all content is visually consistent with brand guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in content creation, preferably for websites and social media.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar and style.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics, and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
