Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for a talented **Hygiene Manager** at Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

**Your day to day**
- Report to the Head Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions.
- Plans and implements the hotel’s health and food hygiene policies and procedures.
- Conducts health and food hygiene inspections and food tests according to standards and procedures.
- Provide in-house training in food safety and hygiene.
- Develop, review, & update cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Conduct food / kitchen / personal hygiene audits
- Liaise closely with Department heads to ensure that all health and food hygiene aspects to the hotel are well planned and coordinated to achieve maximum impact
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of health and food hygiene issues
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

**What we need from you**
Ideally, you have 2-3 years of similar experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Excellent communication skills. Proven training skills for basic food and hygiene. Well
- versed and familiar with the local requirements for food handlers certification in Basic Food and Safety. Flexible working hours as needed
