Admin Assistant

Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements
- Coordinate with Clearing Agents proactively to clear shipments in time without demurrages & detention
- Prepare Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin from Chambers of Commerce for export requirements.
- Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes.
- Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues
- Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
- Inspecting certificate, documentation and bill of landing / airway bill
- Prepare MOHAP import permits
- Prepare DM Montaji/Food consignment release certificates (CPIP/FIRS)
- Prepare INVOICE MOFAIC attention as new UAE government rule
- Responsible for TRN reconciliation per quarter
- Logistics coordination with suppliers
- Follow up on opening or advance payments or any other payment methods to process the shipments
- Responsible for communicating exchange to arrange the supplier payments.
- Negotiate with Freight forwarder to optimize cost and overall lead time of delivery
- Responsible for 3rd party Logistics statement of account analyzation of shipping cost and customs duties
- Perform strong analytical skills of negotiation of shipping cost.
**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
