We are looking for a creative and driven Real Estate Content Creator/Copywriter to join our marketing team and help elevate our brand presence across social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy**: Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
- **Idea Generation**: Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for social media reels, videos, and other digital content.
- **Scriptwriting**: Write compelling and engaging scripts for social media reels, promotional videos, and other digital media.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content, including video shoots, editing, and post-production.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with videographers and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of content ideas.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and digital marketing techniques to keep content relevant and engaging.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse content performance using social media analytics tools, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- **Quality Control**: Review and approve final content to ensure it meets brand standards and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, scriptwriting, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management and team coordination.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
