Our team of professionals is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Broker Management Associate to join our team.

**Job Description**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate

Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers

Ability to analyze data and provide insights to management

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential brokers and develop relationships with them

Ensure brokers are actively selling our products and are up to date with our latest offerings

Analyze broker performance data and provide recommendations to management

Negotiate and manage broker contracts, ensuring they are up to date and in compliance with company policies

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and other resources to brokers

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
