**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and users, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Developing and documenting detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements.
- Performing business process modeling, analysis, and optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Working closely with developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conducting gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Creating prototypes or mockups to visualize and refine requirements.
- Providing support and guidance to project managers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitating requirements prioritization and validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

**Minimum Required Skills**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree/MA in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
- Advanced technical skills including competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Strong technical writing and research skills.
- Understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and stakeholder management.
